BioI'm Isa/Isabel.
Yes, that's right. Both at once, and sometimes neither. Femme boy, girlchild, genderqueer. Trans-andro pansensualist. In all honesty, I'd prefer to be a mermaid or something fae, but in the meantime I'll make do with my too-human body. Human, yes. I'm human - and that's really all the description I need to offer, isn't it?
I love reading, deep conversations, long walks on the beach, and - oh, forgive me. Let me give you something a little more honest, shall I? Thunderstorms make me shiver...in the best way. I like to dance, but I don't know any 'real' dances - I move to what moves me. I want to be a faery and so I try to look like one. Any honest passion is nothing to be ashamed of. I love enthusiasm and honesty so raw it hurts.
Things that make me happy: melting ice cream cones, warm wriggly puppies, steamed edamame, music that crashes in my head like ocean waves, spirit-mates, beautiful old myths and folklore (tell me a story...), darkness, blue velvet, thin silver bangles, destroying gender binaries, passion that illuminates, moonlight, the sea, glass, my cello Aoide, my cat Tezca, the differences in people that make us each so individually, perfectly interesting.
Things that make me sad/angry: hate, families who refuse to love one another, dogma, close-mindedness, fauns, telling lies to children, binaries, "check boy/girl" boxes, petty slights, inferiority complexes, the media that through a false perception of beauty causes body image issues, those who have had to endure a lack of love, lies.
